WORSHIP SERVICE INFORMATION

During this time of not having inside worship services, we have three alternate methods of worship services. We have an outdoor worship service at 10:30 Sunday morning, online or phone Zoom worship at noon on Sunday and electronic worship materials to be used at either of those services or for home worship. See below for more detailed information on each of these.

Outdoor Worship Service at the Church – Sunday Morning at 10:30 – Bring your copy of the worship order (see below), your own chair and mask and hand sanitizer. We will sit six (6) feet apart and twelve (12) feet from the lectern. Please come prepared – having washed your hands at home.  Also, consider wearing a mask as an act of hospitality and care for others.

Let that same spirit of hospitality lead you to contribute something for the food shelf: canned food, canned meat or vegetables, non-perishables, etc., masks for neighbors in need, rolls of toilet paper or paper towels or facial tissue…etc. and thank you.

Live Online/Phone Worship Service – Sunday at noon – We are having live online/phone worship services using Zoom. There is an option of using a computer to watch and listen to the service, or phoning in to listen to the service. Due to security concerns, this is available by invitation only. You will need to provide your name and email and/or phone number. Contact Janie or Pastor David if you are interested or want more information. We recommend having the bulletin included below to follow and participate with during the worship service.

Worship Services/Materials – We are also providing online worship service materials. These include a bulletin with links to songs, a sermon message, quotes and prayer.   The worship materials are in the files below.

Bible Comfort at this Difficult Time

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1

Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you. I will hold you up with my victorious right hand. Isaiah 41:10

I have told you these things, so that in Me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. John 16:33

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God. 2 Corinthians 1:3

Don’t worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. Philippians 4:6

I will never leave you or forsake you. Hebrews 13:5

I look up to the hills, but where will my help really come from?
My help will come from the Lord, the Creator of heaven and earth.
He will not let you fall. Your Protector will not fall asleep.
Israel’s Protector does not get tired. He never sleeps.
The Lord is your Protector. The Lord stands by your side, shading and protecting you.
The sun cannot harm you during the day, and the moon cannot harm you at night.
The Lord will protect you from every danger. He will protect your soul.
The Lord will protect you as you come and go, both now and forever! Psalm 121
